If you have ufo questions or comments for our guest during the show you can post them here.  If you subscribe to the podcast and listen after the show has aired please feel free to add your comments here as well.

Have you seen a UFO? Do you believe we are alone in this massive universe? How do we explain UFO sightings? Why doesn’t the media report sightings? What about the Government? Is there a cover-up? Will the U.S. release files? Join The Kate Valentine UFO Show on its Journey for Answers on the weekly radio program or subscribe to the podcast series that has been running since January 8th, 2010. 2. Have been listening for a couple of years now. Very sad to hear that the show is ending. Best wishes from Birmingham England.

  3. Having the ETH as a pet theory means that I don’t particularly like the Trickster concept, but personal biases aren’t (or shouldn’t be) a factor in this field. However, it’s an idea that leads to some additional questions and problems:
    1. We’re still left with the ET question hanging in the air — Science tends towards an expectation of finding other intelligent life in our galaxy, given natural processes and the age of the universe. Any such life, or its technological offspring, should have found its way to Earth long ago. (The Fermi paradox.)
    2. What are the limits, if any, to the Trickster’s abilities? Scientists discovered, and continue to discover, natural laws that tend to hold true from day to day. The Trickster’s antics seem to be restricted in space and time — maybe even limited to messing with the human race (and cows). Is human consciousness responsible for the Trickster?
    3. Are ‘UFOs, the paranormal and cattle mutilation’ subsets of an umbrella Trickster phenomenon? Or are independent phenomena in play?

  4. Kate,

As an admirer of your show, I am so sad that I won’t be able to hear your voice ( after next week) on Fridays any more. Your show has been the second very good reason I have looked forward to Fridays. I look forward to next week’s show and will send along my thoughts on the UAP phenomenon as a small contribution to the show.

The UAP subject is critically important and it needs to remain in the awareness of every person. Thank you, Kate, for stimulating all of us with your thoughts, your guests, and, above all, your graciousness.

  5. Hi Kate. Can you kindly ask Peter if he has ever found proof implanted of screen memories to be falsely brought out during hynoptic suggestion.

  6. Gerard ! Great to hear you right now on Kate’s great show ! I produce a web series about UFOs called Milgram And The Fastwalkers (www.fastwalekrseries.com) “a noir soap opera about UFOs…” And we produce it in the Baltimore area, so your area of expertise in the Mid-Atlantic is fascinating to us…I can confirm that doing interviews with witnesses and abductees is a fascinating experience. I have interviewed a lot of them for our show…Can you tell us if you’ve got any tales about UFO sightings in the greater Baltimore area, or on Maryland’s Eastern Shore ? And yes, I have met many abductees who really don’t like their experiences, and who would choose the experience out of their life in a heartbeat. Great show, Kate, thanks ! :-)

      • Kate, I am SO glad you and Gerard are talking about the psychology aspects of the Experience — and Gerard’s point of self-awareness — because the whole advancement of studying UFOs as a credible area of investigation moving forward will depend on frank discussion, like the one you are having now with Gerard. Discussion that takes into account the varying levels of comfortability people have with the subject itself. And Abductees like Gerard, who can talk about this with frankness, with an articulation about the details, really help to normalize the topic in the public’s general view. On our show we try to show that for every person who looks at the topic, there is a different psychological reaction — and they run the gamut — from abject fear, to skepticism, to making fun of it as a defense mechanism, and on and on…You are touching on a VERY fascinating subject here… THANK you for it !

  7. Hey Freeman. I wish you the best on that great initiative. Please keep us posted. I saw documents showing that VandeHaur(sp) Bush was involved in govt UFO research as far back as the early 40’s. And then I read he was the founder of Raytheon Radar.
Wonder how he got the leading edge on early radar technology???

    • Thanks Neutron.
There’s always a degree of progression involved in technology. Most of the time we need to understand nature’s laws before engineers can build new gadgets.
I’ve wondered about accounts of alien technology and while I doubt such technology would create a new branch of science, if it did exist, then I’m sure we’d assimilate any new knowledge that could be obtained.

  8. One of the good things about radar data is that most countries tend to adopt similar protocols for investigating air accidents, and storing digitized radar data. As radar equipment tends to be off-the-shelf, data are recorded in standard formats.
While the sophistication of modern radar technology should not be understated, the simplest output available hasn’t changed much since the American SAGE system laid the groundwork (i.e. simple enough for amateurs to plot and analyse).

The biggest problem is prising the data out of bureaucratic hands. We are fortunate that U.S. radar data fall within the scope of U.S. FoI legislation. I’m currently appealing a FOIA case in the UK to gain access to similar data over here. Earlier this year I sent queries (in English), to a number of foreign Air Navigation Service Providers regarding access to radar data (including Turkey), but only a couple replied (in the negative).

I’m hoping that international co-operation between official UFO/UAP study groups will eventually lead to greater access to different (ATC) radar data sources. It is also possible that countries adopting FOI legislation may automatically provide access to radar data, as the U.S. does, but the situation can become complicated depending on whether air traffic control is state run or not.
(There can also be points relating to security that have to be addressed).

If anyone learns or knows of another country that provides public access to radar data I would very much like to know.

  9. HI Kate! Have been listening to your pod cast for a few months now and love it! I’m from Cambridgeshire in the UK and have been intrigued buy your Spraying episode and Darcey.. Love it!! Please say hello, I drive around listening to your download and have found myself singing your theme tune while driving around London!! Thanks, Gavin Miller
